Oh, and I'm rather particular about my middle feet. Two big toes and four little toes are almost a must... although I'll be okay with a toe in the middle because it shows the maniper/artist took the effort.
Having it be just an ordinary foot is actually a huge turnoff, and unless the rest of the body is flawlessly drawn (extra wide waist, two belly buttons, a triple-butt shot, etc.) I'll usually disregard it.
As to the deliciously deformed feet, my adjective is enough
